This drawing was made over a ten week period whilst I was studying at the Royal Drawing School. Drawing from the masterpieces at the National gallery really influenced my work.
Tintoretto's painting of 'Christ Washing the feet of His disciples' in particular influenced the still-life set ups I constructed for many of my earlier toy drawings. Please see Gallery 1 for examples of my earlier toy still-life drawings.
